Storyteller + Strategic Communications Pro | PRSA “Best in Maryland” Winner
Lover of people & the stories that bring us together.
a L I T T L E more about me…
Hi there, I’m Ellina!
I lead strategic PR initiatives primarily in healthcare and life sciences, with experience spanning nonprofit, government, and mission-driven organizations. I love stories — both hearing them and telling them — and I’m especially drawn to the kind that help people better understand complex issues.
I’m currently a Senior Account Executive at Vault Communications, where I lead media relations for RadNet, the nation’s largest outpatient diagnostic imaging provider, and support communications strategy for Boston Scientific’s Endoscopy Division. I manage earned media programs, develop strategic communications plans, and create high-impact content that translates complex medical and scientific topics into clear, meaningful narratives. I’ve secured coverage in outlets including Reuters, STAT, The Wall Street Journal, AP, POLITICO, Bloomberg, Forbes, CBS Mornings, FOX Business, and ESPN.
Earlier in my career, I led a PRSA Award-winning healthcare media campaign for Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences focused on the healthcare workforce crisis. I’ve also worked with clients including the Maryland Department of Commerce, Baltimore Community Foundation, Baltimore School for the Arts, and Civic Works — experiences that shaped my passion for mission-driven communications.
Before PR, I wrote marketing content for MLB’s Baltimore Orioles and bylined articles for Baltimore magazine. I’m a Towson University honors graduate in journalism.
Outside of work, I volunteer with churches, homeless outreach programs, urban youth initiatives, and ESL communities. Whether on or off the clock, I hope to make a meaningful difference.
